Police have identified the driver of that other car as 61yearold lloyd rudley. He was driving the red corolla that trashed into trooper Frankie Williams patrol car monday night in millville. According to the Facebook Page of the Vineland High School class of 1953. Rudley went on to bork a doctor an specialized in elmore. People came out to mourn trooper williams. You know, just god bless. I hope that they can carry on and, you know, our prayers are with them reporter 31yearold trooper was beginning a new life in his dream job with the new jersey state police. It looks like were seeing two lanes getting by but very slowly and were losing the one right lane and right shoulder there as well. This is on the eastbound side again and thats what is traffic is moving towards center city. Not that we need helping jamming and moving towards center city. Around 5 45 or so before we see the major morning rush begin. Maybe this will clear out of the way and hopefully it will clear out of the way in time. A joint legislative Committee Heard from amtrak and nj transit officials at a hearing yesterday at the statehouse in trenton and talked about the problems and plusses of implementing positive train control. That technology can automatically slow or stop a train to avoid an accident. Its already used in cities across the country including right here in philadelphia. And the push for positive train control or ptc has intensified since a new jersey train crash back in september. Investigators say the train was going double the speed limit when it slammed into the hoboken terminal. The crash killed a woman on the platform and injuredmore than 100 others that day.
