RIDGELAND, Miss. (WLBT) - Darla Palmer, a high-profile defense attorney, has carried the dream of the Mississippi Expungement Center for most of her career, and sheâs been laying the groundwork.
âIt has been my goal throughout my years, which weâre hitting almost 24 or 25 years now, that whenever Iâm trying to either work something out or get a case settled for a client that I can do it in such a manner that it can be expunged,â she said.
