Frontant boulevard. It was just before 12 30, one car on front street, the other on the boulevard. The 54yearold woman driving her car on the boulevard hit the other car here which had three teenagers inside. The 18yearold driver, hes at einstein with minor injuries but his 19yearold brother and a 17yearold friend were killed after the car spun around and hit a light pole. Both drivers were conscious and talking. Accident investigators will be speaking with them to get more informati information, including who had the green light. The area is back open to traffic. But this is one of the intersections at front and the boulevard that does not have a red light camera. Police tell us they will be looking for other video in the area to see if they can find any more evidence or anything else, any other information that might be able to help them with this investigation. Skyforce 10 was over the wardsworth academy in wynnefield heights. The teen got into an altercation with a member of the staff, the academy provides education and services to children with emotional and academic challenges. Philadelphia police very busy this morning. Theyre looking for the driver wanted in a hit and run that sent a man to the hospital. Skyforce 10 flew over the scene in northeast philadelphia last night. Police tell us the 25yearold victim was walking on braun street when he was struck. Medics took him to the hospital where he is listed in critical condition. Now to Chester County where police are looking into a deadly accident there. Skyforce 10 was also over this scene in Kennett Square last night. A car hit the victim at east Baltimore Pike and schoolhouse road. Police say the driver did stay at the scene for a while. The accident closed a portion of Baltimore Pike. Today a state Health Representative will check out the Pulaski Elementary School in wilmington to assess a mold problem. Some teachers say everyone is coughing in their classple rouxes because the mold is so bad. The Christina School district closed three classrooms to do air quality tests and clean the rooms. The district sent a letter home to parents as well. Management changes could be under way in philadelphias public schools. Concerned citizens held a rally outside School District headquarters in Center City Yesterday where they called for abolishing the School Reform commission in favor of a locally elected school board. The press of Atlantic City reports state officials are giving the city until monday to submit a revised budge tote avoid a possible state takeover. Atlantic citys Council Introduced a spending plan in august. It called for transitional aid from the state. New jersey officials said they have concerns with that budget. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie says he will appeal a Court Summons issued in the bridgegate case. A judge allowed an official misconduct complaint filed against christie to go forward. And the way pennsylvania handles voting, its raising questions for some in this battleground state. Pennsylvania is one of 15 states that uses electronic Voting Machines that do not have a paper record of the vote. About twothirds of the state votes on those machines. Trump has raised questions about voter fraud, particularly in the philadelphia area. If there are allegations of that, the lack of a paper trail would complicate things in the case of a recount. If you end up in a close election and have a jurisdiction where there is no paper ballot of record, what will you do . This morning, we have new details about the investigation into that september 29th crash. Heavy damage to the front of that commuter train is hampering the investigation. The National Transportation safety board says the electronics controlling the trains brakeses and propulsion system were destroyed in the crash.
