By the time ems responders got here, their efforts to revive her failed. 21yearold javon Thomas Police say, forgot to feed and care for his 9monthold baby girl madison. Too busy they say, smoking pot. As a father youre supposed to you know, have responsibilities for your child. Reporter parents and neighbors now reacting to news that the young father is facing child endangerment charges for allegedly neglecting the infant girl. This criminal complaint details what happened. Detectives say there were no marks or visible signs of trauma on her body. A Building Security officers says she asked chief dennis brooks to remove any metal objects from his clothing for a standard metal detector screening earlier this month. Well brooks then unbuckled his belt, briefly pulled down his pants in front of her and allegedly told her he was having a bad day. The security worker and her lawyer call it sexual harassment. Its very clear to me that it wasnt an accident. This isnt a situation where his pants just fell down. He intentionally took them down. It appears the pants come off and you see his underwear there. Later it turns to rain. It accumulates and then it might go back to rain for a while and then maybe even back to snow at the end. Its going to go back and forth in much of the area. Of course, north and west, there it is at 6 a. M. Thats where the accumulation is likely to be the greatest. Especially on grassy surfaces. And so its going to be a mess on friday. A real mess. I have friends buried down there, because its so sacred as far as the headstones being displaced, its going to take a long time to get this covered up. Some parts of the cemetery are covered with ice 4 feet high. Officials say 90 of the headstones were turned over by the ice.
