New information on this weeks military Helicopter Crash off the coast of florida. Today we learned one of the 11 Service Members killed was from new jersey. Helicopter went down in fog during a Training Mission tuesday night and henry shaw iii is of those killed. The philadelphia man took his dog for a walk and never came home. Police say he was shot and killed in whats considered to be a safe neighborhood. Every night he would take his dog out to the walk. When he came to the middle of the block, someone shot him and left him there. When police arrived, he was laying on the ground. Residents say they never feared taking their pets for a walk until before 9 p. M. When he was shot and killed. I thought it was disturbing. Police say they dont have any suspects or a motive and stillman had his wallet and money on him when police discovered him down on the pavement, half a block from his house. Montgomery county man is accused of raping a woman in a tanning salon. Police say Marshall Gibson pretended he needed to use the bathroom so he could get into the salon. He then allegedly threatened the victim with a knife and sexually assaulted her. Surveillance video identified gibson as the suspect. Hes now in jail as the 20,000 bail. All the students are off the bus. Apparently theres water, though coming up from that sinkhole, so the Water Department is responding as well as a tow truck there. For months the nbc10 investigators have shown you out of control Colwyn Council meeting, exposed allegations of misspending. Now problems with the Fire Department. Investigative reporter har hairston is joining us with the latest. Reporter there are more claims of misuse of taxpayers money and a lack of communication that has the Fire Department catching heat from the borough manager. The colwyn volunteer fire company has been serving the borough for more than 100 years but borough manager paula brown says its services are no longer needed. Ive never seen a fire company operate the way station 92 does. Its horrible. Reporter brown says there are questions over the departments spending habits including bills for 5,000 worth of regular gasoline. The fire truck and engine use diesel fuel. The borough ensures the companys equipment and workers compensation, but brown tells us colwyn fire has not given her the names of the volunteers. We have no idea who the members are. We dont know if theyre trained, if theyre certified. We have no idea. They do not communicate. Reporter on top of that brown says Fire Companies outside colwyn answer more calls in the borough than its own. Instead of giving the colwyn Fire Department the money for 2014 she sent it back to the state and has included an agenda item in the Monthly Council meetings to unrecognize the colwyn volunteers. Its probably the smart thing to do. Because it would cost the taxpayers much less. You know, right now we are absorbing a lot of bills for an organization that is not functioning. Reporter the agenda item hasnt been voted on, in part because Colwyn Council meetings look like this. We have nothing to hide here. Reporter colwyn fire chief disagrees with browns assessment of his company and says it does respond to calls. We all do the work. We have some very good firefighters here thats been in School Training trained very well. Reporter clark agrees that the borough needs members information but he believes brown already has it. Shes supposed to know who operates the truck for insurance purposes. If she doesnt have it i wont have a problem giving it to her. Reporter when it comes to questions about the fire companys spending i am digging into that. Im asking for records of gas, diesel fluid and all the spendings. Reporter but he insists any money raised through boot drives or other fundraisers are private and none of browns or the boroughs business. Why should we have to tell her every nickel that we spend . With the clouds around thats going to prevent the temperature from dropping very much during the night tonight. Plus warmer air trying to come in. Here comes the rain. Its going to come in. Just getting into western pennsylvania now. And there is plenty more to come. But very unusual to see a system this big without a whole lot of heavy rain. This is a steady soaking type of rain. Here we are at midnight. Its just getting started. Once it starts, its staying around. 6 a. M. Everybodys getting rain. Grounds wet everywhere. Through noon, still the steady rain. Grounds wet everywhere. And then the temperature starts going up. But were starting to get a little bit less of the rain around. Especially north and west. But theret will be a big temperature contrast from north to south. Upper 40s north to 60s south tomorrow. See if the showers even into saturday evening, perhaps, but overall, the tendency is going to be for drying as we go into the morning. Morning on sunday. Well, heres the amounts of rain. The latest computer model is giving us a little over an inch. Most of that falling before noon tomorrow. So, for the rest of the night, that rain is moving in. The toms river couple says selective insurance manipulated its software to defraud them out of sales tax money from their claim. Now, an update on breaking news. Skyforce10 showed you in kensington section, crews are working to remove a School Bus Stuck in a sinkhole. This is happening along east ontario streets. All students are off that bus. Apparently, there is water coming up from that sinkhole so the Water Department is responding as well. To another sinkhole the weathers to blame for one in Montgomery County that forced crews to shut down a busy road there. Plymouth road is shut down between the blue route and butler pike. Workers are trying to make sure the bridge that crosses Plymouth Creek is safe
