Custody the entire time. This Elizabeth Betty jean queen. She was found this afternoon after being missing for nearly a month. We use found and missing loosely because queen was only thought to have been missing. While her family and police searched for her over the last month, it remember its out she was actually in Police Custody the entire time. Some people may have known her as betty jean and others as betty. Reporter but for the last month Montgomery County police knew her as jane smith. This seems to be where the problem began. Police say queen, a diagnosed schizophrenic, was arrested for trespassing in Silver Spring december 30th taken to jail and charged with Disorderly Conduct and assault. When she refused to identify herself, Police Booked her as jane smith. She was transferred to a clarkbsurg jail before ending up at Springfield Hospital.
