A Good Samaritan is recovering in the hospital after hit by a car. Daniel callaway was on his way to work in delaware when he saw an accident on i95 in delaware county. As it gets more easterly, thats going to push the seas up. 18 mile an hour wind in philly and calm in pottstown. The winds will increase. Strong noreaster, heavy rain, strong winds, coastal flooding, multiple threats of coastal flooding, several days of it and change to snow in parts of the area.
