Tonight, weve learned Philadelphia Police fired at least one shot before taking a suspect into custody tonight. It happened at 62nd and vine streets in west philadelphia. Were told the bullet did not hit anyone and no one was hurt. Witnesses tell nbc 10 it all started with a fight nearby. When officers showed up, people ran and thats when that shot was fired. Internal affairs is now looking into it. Burglarers had a busy night in Delaware County. Purses, money, laptops, even liquor. Five homes targeted while homeowners were asleep inside.
