State Highway Patrol says the person was thrown from their car on performance road near the mooresville drag strip. It appears the car went off the road and hit a ditch causing it to run over. There was harness in the car but not a traditional seatbelt the driver was from canada and he was test driving repairs made to the car. The victim was planning to take that car back to canada.
