sending sexually explicit text messages to a 14 years old and asked her to send some to him. he didn't know who else was reading those messages. detectives say they were contacted last summer by the victim's parents who saw the messages that were sent to their daughter. the 14 years old is the sister of one of frido's players. he requested the graphic pictures from her, and asked her to meet for sex. they set up a meeting and arrested him at i convenient store. >> this is a soccer coach whose parents entrust. he has breached their trust and now we're concerned that more victims are out there. since he was arrested last summer, police have not reported anymore allegations but they're asking anyone who had inappropriate contact with frido to contact the baltimore county pleas department. a cult leader responsible for the death of one-year-old boy will spend by years behind bars. queen a antoinette was sentenced in court yesterday and told the judge she was not sorry or guilty. three this randallstown home. the judge said the public would never be safe if rex was set free. a man a indicted for allegedly strangling his cell mate. christopher white is facing first-degree murder charges in the death of cleerance myers junior. myers was sentenced and facing charges for having the girl's mother killed while behind bars. a towson psychiatrist loses his license for allegedly having inappropriate contact with young children. after an independent investigation, state board of physicians found that miguel frontera acted inappropriately with about a dozen preteen boys there in hhs care. the investigate results have been passed on to baltimore county authorities for a possible criminal investigation. frontera denies any wrongdoing. doctors in maryland voice their dissatisfaction with insurance companies. med kai the medical society released results of survey yesterday. doctors is said that the protocol has a negative effect on their ability to treat patients. will want to use western maryland college drive as the alternate route. now once you get past all of that, right near 795, let's check it out this morning moving at cockeys mill. you will see that is favorable conditions, northbound and southbound lanes, that's the scenario all the way down toward the beltway. on the beltway so far so good. as far as incidents are concerned, but let's check in on the volume moving right at 70. can you see it's definitely increasing very quickly there on the outer loop lanes. buu then, a little bit farther down at frederick road, let's check it out there because the traffic is flowing freely and that continues to be the case. so it does ease up once you finally do hit the frederick road area and eventually toward 95. that's a look at the morning morning, every day there seems to be a new development on the oil spill in the gulf of mexico. there's optimism here in washington that in fact, the leak lab capped. that is coming from interior secretary kent sals cza salazart the possibility of mud being injected to the leak could close it up for good. he is trying to anticipate some kind of resolution coming up in the next few days. he says that the efforts to tie enregulation -- tie tie 10 tighs in the oil industry. and tar balls are beginning to surface in other beaches along the florida keys and despite the coast guards efforts to try to contain the massive oil spill along the top surface later of the water, still these tar balls are approaching the shore and being found. have a listen. >> tar balls are normal. i mean that happens from that coming up, and i grew up as a kid, and they will go into the beach. so they're normal and now folks are outlooking for them and so they're going to find them. >> reporter: these new tar balls are being found and tested in laboratories. these samples should come back by the end of the week. interesting to note. as hurricane season approaches starting june first, scientists say that the amount of oil mixed into the water could make the impact of these hurricanes less severe. so an interesting side note, but again everything is just speculation at this point. we will see what happens in terms of how this oil slick affects the environment. megan? >> lawmakers want bp to pay up and they want to raise the liability cap to exceed the current $75 million. so what is bp saying about all of that? >> very interesting argument and a big fight going on at capitol hill. lawmakers want to increase the liability cap which is $75 million to $10 billion. and bp for its part is and calm on 895 this the southbound lanes from the harbor tunnel toward 95, a 9-minute drive, 54 miles per hour there. and only 47 miles per hour with a 13 minute clip from 95 up toward 83 taking the soccer coach who admitted he tried to have sex with a 14 years old girl. the state's attorney for baltimore county personally prosecuted 33 years old charles frido. he is expected to ask the judge to sentence him to jail time. he plead guilty to one count of sexual solicitation of a minor after being caught last summer by undercover detectives. police say they were contacted by the victim's parents who saw the inappropriate text messages sent to their daughter. he requested graphic pictures from her and even asked to meet her for sex. undercover detectives set up a meeting and arrested him at a convenient store. >> parents need to know what the kids are doing in school and sports. >> police are asking anyone who had inappropriate contact with frido to contact them right away. the family of a man found dead in patapsco state park is pleading for help to try to finned his killer. the body was found in a shallow grave in the wooded area of the anne arundel county park. he had been missing for more than a month. the family is hoping that someone will come forward with information about who is responsible for his death. >> when you see a missing person's sign, take a minute, having inappropriate contact with young children. after an independent investigation the state board of physicians found miguel frontera acted improperly with about a dozen preteen boys in his care. the investigation results have been passed on to baltimore county authorities for possible criminal investigation. frontera denies any wrongdoing. doctors in maryland voice theii dissatisffction with insurance companies. med cai the american medical society release the the survey results yesterday. they said that insurance protocols have a negative effect on their ability to treat their patient.
