He grabbed her and then dragged her to this a ampitheater. Thats where police say this 26 yearold woman was raped. The suspect then took off northbound on East River Park on a bicycle. Now, the victim in this case, a 26yearold woman was taken to the hospital in stable condition. The suspect is described as 220 pounds with dread locks.
