It will take time for them to sub side. All around the denver metro area, flooded streets, bridges that have been washed out. Lots of trouble areas and you mention the evacueeses, people forced to leave. Last night, waiting for the okay to come back into that area into the other side of boulder, theres a little town where residents have been isolated. Thats where the National Guard is focusing their efforts today. They brought in much needed supplies to those people who have no water or electricity and cant get out to get food or dont have phone service as well. There are also rescues going on with ambulances waiting to take people out who need it. Thats one of the scenarios happening in many areas across the state of colorado. A widespread historic storm and as you mentioned, the governor calling for patience. Public safety is the key. Many roads are still impassable in this area and he wants people to stay off highways if possible. It will be weeks possibly months before things get back to normal here. Theres been more talk on the benefits of getting this deal settled for Vladimir Putin despite the oped that there are things that are clear incentives here for putin to get this done as well and expedite. If we had done a pinprick bombing of syria, we would have ended up killing russian consultants and military technicians and engineers. He had a motivation to get this peace deal on the table. Theyve been doing that for hours now, for about 24 hours since this fire started at this time yesterday. So its a huge effort and it continues about 100 firefighters still on scene. They are also beginning the Damage Assessment but that is going to take some time. There are about four blocks here the seaside park completely destroyed on this boardwalk and few blocks going into Seaside Heights and where they drew the line on the boardwalk. They cut into the new boardwalk just replaced after Hurricane Sandy and able to cut it and cut the fuel to the fire. Thats really where they made their last stand. They had to do it twice in order to get it to work. We 11 00 p. M. , they were able to get this fire under control to stop its fuel source. And to end what was just enormous battle throughout the evening hours trying to control this and stop it from spreading any further. Investigators are actually asking the public for photos or videos of the scene as they attempt to put this all together . Reporter absolutely. They figure there were people Milling Around on the boardwalk, on the beach and people taking pictures in those initial moments of the fire. A montana woman accused of pushing her husband off a cliff, a judge ordered jordan lynn graham be released from jail into home detention in her parents house and undergo mental evaluatio evaluation. She did not appear to be a danger to others. She is facing Second Degree murder charge in the death of her husband cody lee johnson. She pushed him off the cliff after the two argued the night of july 7th, only eight days after they were married. Graham confessed to pushing johnson, an affidavit alleges she previously expressed doubts about the marriage. A former fbi profiler Clint Van Zandt joins me. What do you make of the judges decision . You have to look at the case, one of the groomsmen in the wedding said that the bride never looked at her husband during the ceremony and number two as importantly, tamron, she says they argued. She and her husband argued, he grabbed her arm and she says to the fbi she put both hands on his back and shoved him over the cliff. Tamron, if you and i were in an argument and you had broken free, we would be still looking at each other. Theres some holes in the story yet. He says she doesnt done anything since july, hasnt tried to get away. I dont see any reason to hold bail at this point. Well see if that sticks because shes also made statements about wanting to commit suicide. Which is the other concern pointed out.
