On september 21st 1989, hurricane hugo hit charleston, South Carolina as a category four storm, hugo packed 135 Miles Per Hour winds and unleashed record storm tides of more than 20 feet. There were 49 death, directly related to hugo and it caused more than 7 billion, in damage. But thankfully, in such weather of the kind in our forecast here it looks like a beautiful week here.
