David axlerod is the the obama a strategies we will talk to him about what it is like inside a campaign and the poll numbers are looking bad and everybody is on the phone giving you advice about what you should do to change things, how do you, move the, campaign a little bit without running it off the rails. So that is the main part of the show, nicole. Then we will sift through it all with a bunch of reporters at our political round table as we do every week, nicole. That sound like it is really interesting because you think to yourself what it must be like for these candidates especially during campaign season. Donald trump we have heard of him so we are looking forward to that as well. John, thanks. We appreciate it. Got to switch gears and send it over to skies lah for the forecast. Hi there good morning. We will look at our eyewitness weather watchers out and about bringing in some information for us. We will start with this one right here 59 degrees, it is lou, look at lou there flying a plane. Fiftynine where he is. He has some sunshine in there. He is looking good. There are or people though that are starting off with cloudy skies and cool temperature i think for everyone. Lets head up to easton 61. We have rick and robert a wood. It is time for a quiet cruise in the boat with morning cup of coffee. They send me a picture where they are cruising in their boat. Nice quiet morning, still water, beautiful out there, guys. Lets do one more. We will go down here to 67 degrees. That the is peter furron in lawrenceville, new jersey. He has that cloud cover out there. Some people are still seeing that. So lets look live off of the rooftop of our building, right into center city where things are looking good right the now. You can see we have quite a bit of clearing there on the right side of the screen. You will see blue skies trying to make their way in. Philadelphia, i think youre off to a good start. Different picture though heading in another direction and lets go for this to kutztown where they have quite a bit of cloud cover there. 59 degrees, wind nice and calm but clouds arent giving them the big break we are getting in philadelphia right now. It just depend where you are as to what you are seeing in cloud cover but we will all improve as the the day goes on. Taking a live look at storm scan three you will see those cloud rolling across and see a couple trickles of rain. I think they will have a tough time coming in but there could be a sprinkle or two but back end of the system, and, work its way out, all heading north and east, and, 20 percent chance of somebody company could see sprinkles out there monday, tuesday and wednesday your rain chances, goes down to zero. Just like. That lets see how this works itself out here. Here we are on sunday, and, and, and later in the afternoon, making their way through this morning, and blue skies moving in after. That gorgeous as we get into and, the rest of the week is looking good. Nice breeze out there. As you walk out the door, as i did in the sky deck i felt it. It is eight to 10 miles an hour out of the west. And, the temperatures are chill think morning too 60 in reading. Sixty in lancaster. Sixtythree wilmington. Sixtyfive philadelphia and Atlantic City. Taking a look across the region we have 60s up and down our i95 corridor and were in for a cool run today. And, partly cloudy skies will be clearing today, and, then a shower is possible but i dont think we will see much of anything. Cool temperatures, temperatures in the 70s. And everybody, getting in on the blue skies, action as we work our way into tonight. Are you down the shore over next couple of days. Well, we will clear those clouds out to take and we will get sunshine into the forecast and even make it as high as 80 on tuesday. Warmer temperatures, certainly coming our way. Right now jet stream has moved to the south. It opens up the door for cool air to funnel. We are feeling that fresh feeling. And, a as we see, we will warm up, and, slightly different temperatures. Get ready, cool temperature today and tomorrow but then 80s rolling in as we get into wednesday and thursday, everybody. So today, a high of just 74 degrees. As we do have a chance of a stray shower tonight. Low of 65. Taking a look at your seven day forecast, i think youll like it. The lots of sunshine to start your monday. Zero sevens yet again but then 80s as we go through rest of the week and sun, sun, sun and little more sun. That looks nice. Not quite ready to let go of summer. Yes. Little kick start of summer. 8 51. The lets check on the roads with ann, good morning. Beautiful pictures of the Commodore Barry bridge no delays or problems on the bridge but taking a look at the bridge to delsea, and, and, and area, is and, looks like a multi alarm fire. A serious fire delsea drivein both directions, at 322, Police Directing Traffic and area jam. We will move the traffic cam here really quickly and this is to the boulevard right at the fox street no delays or problems on the boulevard this morning. Coming along fine. The that is latest from the cbs3 Traffic Center im ann evans now heres pat gallon with eyewitness sports. We are almost there, eagles kick off the the season begins falcons tomorrow night and when they do, a big piece of the offence could be joining them. Zach ertz is full parities pennsylvania pant in practice yesterday just a month re moved from surgery on the core muscle injury, and he is questionable to play, as is linebacker marcus smith. The eagles will need help on defense as they deal with the powerful atlanta offence led by penn charts alumni matt ryan and julio jones. Obrien threw for 4700yard last year while jones caught 104 passes. Heres Malcolm Jenkins on how to slow them down. So the only thing you can do is try to get him off that rhythm, and to do that you have to cover early and make sure you dont allow him to get rid of the ball quickly and give your rush a little time to get there and get home and disrupt them. Especially when if they are getting that running game going that is when he is at his best. Stay lock right here on cbs3, sunday kick off at 11 30. We will get you ready for eagles and falcons and first sunday of nfl football. Penn state and buffalo we will go to state college, James Franklin last week had his team bury the game film of the loss to temple, they played better, but still not great. This is brandon polk sweeping left he goes 22 yards for the touchdown. Nittany lions up seven to nothing. To the fourth, christian hackenberg, hits desean hamilton who goes 5 yards for the the score, and we will move later in the Fourth Quarter as the lions would seal it, Daequan Barkley in from 9 yards out. Penn state wins their first of the year 2714. Rain put the a damper on the start of the phillies cubs game as they began with the delay. Offensive explosions on both sides, they were delayed, as well. In the seventh inning we will start ryan howard, with double to right field and that would score aaron altear and that would open up a can for phillies in that seventh inning. Three batter later that is sees an hernandez he send them all home, and a bases clearing double, that would put phillies on top fiveone. But those cubs would storm back, in the top of the eighth and score four times in this here, chris bryant, doubling home chris cogland, but would be tied at five, and as we head to the ninth inning, heroics, codey asche, lets go for a walk my friend, asche with the smashing off the foul pole. Phillies beat cubs sevenfive it is aaron harang in the afternoon in the series finally. That is your sports im pat gallon have a great day. Okay.
