If you are traveling east bound on the schuylkill we will see delays start around girard avenue and continue down through the vine street expressway. If you are traveling on the vine trying to get to 76, take a look at these headlights build ago approaching area of the schuylkill. In the too far from the parkway continuing further west. Heading eastbound no problems at all, if you are traveling on i95, trying to make your way down to the vine street expressway, and jumping from the eastbound side of the vine, delays from the northeast down to the vine street expressway, 28 on the schuylkill.
