Early but we have heard a few things from police. We have video of police canvassing this third floor apartment, now police say based on the initial interview the victim a female in her 20s was walking home shortly before 1 30 um to that third floor apartment. Police describe would the man late in her 20s so far from the scene, they say no signs of an apparent struggle. From what they have told police, the alleged suspect was in her apartment, for about an hour, what happened, inside that time, police again are still learning more from her testimony, in fact, im hearing she remains with the special victims unit and investigators who are looking into this possible crime. Eyewitness news at colgate and roselee street that happened just before 3 00. Police have not yesterday released victims identity and they have not made any arrests. Police are handling this shooting overnight in north philadelphia, it happened just before 2 00 near 26th and lehigh. New that victim suffered a gunshot wound to the grown. He was rush to the hospital where he remains in critical but stable condition, there is in word on a suspect. One person was hurt in this house fire on the 7100 block of rutland street in philadelphias Oxford Circle neighborhood. It happen just after 1 00 oclock. A shooting in logan sends two people to the hospital, one of the victims was a child. Chopper three over tenth and ruscomb street just before 6 00 friday night. Police tell us a 14 yearold boy and 27 yearold man each suffered a gunshot wound to the leg. They are listed in stable condition. Police are investigating but so far no arrests. A deadly collapse in cherry hill remains under investigation, this morning. The building unexpectly fell killing one worker and injuring another. Reporter Authorities Say it was a chaotic scene around 12 30 when they arrived at this demolition site on route 38, a man was covered in ruble with only his feet visible and a backhoe operator he was working with was complaining of chest pains. One of the men stuck at the top of the scaffolding closer to the 13th floor, another hanging below, closer to the 12th floor. Lauren johnson was at work inside the building at corner of the lexington avenue and could barely bring herself to look out the window. I saw his foot and i could not handle it. What we can tell you is based on testimony provided from that Victim Police say initial reports is that there was victim walking home at 1 30 on spruce street up to her apartment. Police described the woman in her 20s and so far she says that she was walking in to her apartment. There was a suspect that followed her in and it is unclear what happened but in an hours time shes reporting there was some sort of an assault in her own apartment. They have her in custody and again they are asking her a few questions.
