Heres a quick time line for you. On thursday, september 24th at 10 00 p. M. Construction will begin here on the secure perimeters. Black and red zones there will be off limits. And, friday morning, at 6 00 a a. M. Pedestrians trying to enter the red secure perimeter will need to go through metal detectors and be screened.
