This is Philadelphia Police officer dorion youngs mug shot, the 25 yearold veteran of the department, an officer with the 15th district, is accused of shooting his own son, divine young, in the back. Reporter ukee and jessica, good evening. Investigators say that bomb was placed inside a padded manilla envelope and designed to explode when the victim opened up that envelope. I can also tell you that investigators say he was either mailed to or delivered to this apartment at 1808 pine street sometime within the past 48 hours. It was an padded envelope and upon it being opened, by the victim, it detonated and exploded. Reporter that explosion rocking this first floor apartment, here at 18th street at pine, and end ising it a 60 yearold resident on Jefferson Hospital with serious injuries.
