One bullet killing 15 year old ayesha ram men an innocent victim walking home from high school with her girlfriend. Two other bullets critically wound add 19 year old man. One of the bullets traveled half a block it way and killed ayesha. A sweet and very brightenth greater. Theres no reason for a young 15 year old sister to go to school and never come back home to her family its ridiculous. Community leaders rallied at the crime seen calling for an end to the violence. Reporter homicide detectives say person had been recruiter by one of two groups of battling teenage injuries to act as an enforcer had a fight they had plan. He was brought there as the muscle. Reporter chris, each of the suspects will be charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, as well as other row lated charges. It was this Surveillance Video of some of the suspect that is led to outrage and tips to police identifying who they are. On tuesday the District Attorneys Office nouned three people all from bucks county will be charged. They include 24 year old Philip Williams of warminster, 26 year old Kevin Harrigan of warrington and 24 year old catherine knot of southampton. No one answered the door at her home but a neighbor confirms she is the daughter of Chalfont Police chief carl knot. The victims told police a group of people attack them as they used anti gay slurs. The attack happened about two weeks ago on 16th street just south of walnut near chancellor. The beating left one man hospitalized with his jaw wired shut. Outrage on social media web sites led to the entities of the people in the video but police say it took some time to sort out which ones should be charg charged. Not everyone was involved in the situation. So it was one of those things of getting everyone in, questioning everyone, interviewing and talking to number of different witnesses and anyone that was possibly there during this incident. It is still over the mid atlantic with very heavy rain and it will quickly move up the eastern seaboard during the day tomorrow. Our area of low pressure coastal storm will bring heavy rain and gusty winds to the Delaware Valley as it tracks over new jersey and then pulls towards the northeast. We have update on all of our computer models we check in the short range and you can see generally between one and 2inches of rain for the philadelphia area and heavier amounts as you head down the shore. Barber first met this student when he was her eighth grade teacher he was arrested at his glenn mills home today and are a rain at the state police barrack. 38 year old bill barber teaches physical education and coaches football and baseball at Garnet Valley middle school but now hes charged with sexually assaulting a 15 year old student. Over the summer they connected and they were having conversations via twitter. The conversations became flurtatious and inappropriate at some point. Reporter in recent weeks he exchanged twitter messages with the girl saying wow you are very sexy young lady and your body make mow crazy after the teen sent barber nude photos he sent her messages saying he wished she was older. Investigators say the incident happened nearly two woke ago when the teen went to visit barber in his office after football practice and they had sex. Were disappointed and we are shocked. Parents in the Garnet Valley district are struggling with the allegations about a wellliked teacher of 12 years. Colins 13 year old son is in his class. I can stand by and look another Family Member in the eye and say, im sorry i knew there was an issue and i stood back and did nothing. Shes so worried she and several Airline Workers made this video simulating the reports findings. It shows a Flight Attendant with a beverage cart standing guard as the cockpit door is about to be opened. High pressure will give up retreat to the north and east and well watch this area of low pressure a coastal storm move up the other than seaboard, just to the south of new jersey, by tomorrow evening and then spread that rain all the way north before the storm exits toward the northeast. That heaviest rain coming during the worst time and that would be thursday mornings commute. Heres what we expect. Rain arriving after 8 00 p. M. In philadelphia. It will move up from the south and well see that rainfall heavy at time overnight through 10am thursday morning. With winds gust to go 30 miles an hour and thats in the city and our suburbs. Between 10am thursday and 4 00 p. M. Thursday, the rain will taper off and it will just be showery. Who gets the heaviest rain . That will be south jersey and through our shore points over 2inches. One to 2inches of rain along the i95 corridor. And as you get farther to the north and west, away from our storm system, just about a half an inch into the Lehigh Valley and berks county. As we look ahead were talking about the greatest impacts down the shore well see two to 3inches of rain possible.
