Suddenly it toppled over before noon on tuesday, crashing down on a house and several other structures. We could hear a loud crash. Something i had never heard before. It reached a house and a storage shed one street over, they were surprised to see it had collapsed, and a narrow escape, fade in their favor today. I just thought of all of the damage. It was supposed to be a routine job. They were replacing telephone poles and power poles in the area. There were no injuries. The damage limited to one house and a pair of sheds. We are working to make sure they are safe. They said it was an equipment malfunction. It wasnt the operator. And no one got hurt. They have two cases on the company with a subsidiary company. One case involved an accident at an airfield. They are working on a request for the records and citations. And another case from the coast guard islands, open and under investigation. And i will did reach out to both companies, they did not comment at this time. There have been investigators sent out to oversee and look into this accident. We are expecting to get more information tomorrow. They dont know how long it will take, currently they have kept this road closed. A lot of neighbors are watching. They mentioned it tonight, they had that train lifted. And have they mentioned the unforeseen challenges . One of the issues is just safety. They are dealing with a very long arm for that crane. It is a concern as they do not wish for it to collapse again. They do have a pulley system that is looped around that crane. They are trying to support the arm of the crane as they get it retracted.
