Organizers say this vigil is a way to bring First Responders together after working with such a traumatic incident. Reporter with this somber sound of the bag pipe, oaklands fire and police, Alameda County sheriffs and the American Red Cross would lead the procession. We just need to heel and come together and heal and come together. They made the short solemn walk from the fire house 13 to the ghost ship house. There are amazing satisfactions and just was prob those things that really affected us. Reporter the fire bell tolled 36 times followed by a moment of silence. Knowing that we were a support system for people whose lives, whose families were tragically torn apart by this incident. Senate has passed a resolution to honor the victims of the oakland warehouse fire. In a statement tonight, the American People stand with oakland as the city mourns the victims of the horrific warehouse fire. The resolution honors their memory and recognizes their heroic efforts of the First Responders to save lives and heal the community. The department of firearm and tobacco will hold a briefing tomorrow to discuss their investigation on the cause of the fire. Investigators were said to be focusing on electrical issues possibly an overloaded circuit as the point of origin. Residents described the maze of wires and extension cords used to power the artist collective. The atf has ruled out a refrigerator as the cause, but they did say the fire started nearby. Now to the oakland raiders, raider fans are preparing to show up at two Public Meetings that could help pave the way for a new stadium on the coliseum property. The votes on the socalled term sheets are expected at the Oakland City Council and the Alameda County board of supervisors. Here now with more on this. Reporter chris dobins says he is excited by the proposal between oakland, Alameda County, and the Investment Group lead by the former nfl hall of famer lonnie lott, proposing paying off all Construction Costs to replace the current stadium with a new stadium that would seat about 55,000 people and take up to three years to build. There would also be retail, a hotel, and possible housing departments as a part of the deal. Bonds from a previous stadium renovation are still being paid off. The county is paying 10 million a year for the renovations done on the coliseum in 96. We still need to pay the bonds off. Reporter if the term sheet is approved, the city and county would provide a long term lease or sale of 130 acres surrounding the current stadium valued at about 150 million. 15 acres on the north side would be reserved for the ballpark. Its if the Baseball Team decides to privately finance it, not including oracle arenas tenacre space. The city would invest about 200 million in infrastructure bonds. That money would not come from the general fund, but from tax revenue generated by the new coliseum project. I understand the argument that these are billionaire owners. Why does the city need to put a nickel in there . But the city is getting a lot of benefits from that. There are people coming from sacramento, fresno, they are bringing and spending their money here in oakland. A spokesman for the Investment Group says that they plan to attend both meetings tomorrow. The Alameda County board meets at 11 00 a. M. City Council Meets at 6 30 p. M. This is not a final deal, just a vote to commit to the negotiations. Two of three suspects are now in custody in an alleged hate crime killing in el sobrante. Ray simons was arrested over the weekend in Monterey County after a domestic dispute. His arrest comes in the midst of a preliminary hearing for the first suspect Daniel Porter kelly. Both accused of killing william sims outside the capri club last month. Investigators say simons pulled the trigger. The victims family was in court to hear the testimony today. It was a challenge for them to make the decision that they wanted to come out, that they wanted to hear, you know, the dirty details. But its important. They want to know what happened to their son, they want to know why it happened. The third suspect Daniel Ortega remains at large. The hearing for porter kelly continues tomorrow. A man was found stabbed to death in San Franciscos Castro District today. Police say they received reports of the stabbing near 18th and diamond streets around 3 00 this afternoon. Now to a big repair job underway on the San Mateo County coastline. From sky fox you can see the giant sink hole thats opened up in pacifica. The sink hole also swallowed up parts of a path leading to stairs and a public beach. Ktvu rob roth tells us the sink hole is along private property where the erosion of cliffs is a welldocumented problem. Reporter here along the popular path to the beach, nature took its own course. A giant sink hole opened up. The owner says water got inside the concrete. The water washed away and thats why we have a big cavity. Reporter this drone video shows some of the erosion on the cliffs above the shoreline. That erosion has had consequences. The property next to the beach was declared unlivable earlier this year. The building is condemned because it sits too close to the cliffs edge. The two apartment buildings next to that one have been demolished. Reporter the city issued a statement saying the sink hole is the responsibility of the owner. But the city also went on to say, the city has also received reports of a new erosion in its contact and their technical consultant for a review. The owner of the property says he will make it safe.
