Thats backed up for a 5 to 10 minute delay. Using that east shore freeway, its going to be a little more crowded because of an earlier accident. They will have to move into the old dorms which are slated to be demolished to make way for the new aquatic and recreation center. This is what one student had to say this morning. The san rafael Police Department in marin County District Attorneys Office are investigating the death of a man who was in police custody. 46yearold [ name indiscernible ] of richmond was taken to Marin General Hospital on wednesday by a friend who was worried about his mental state. Police say he ran out of the hospital and officers went after him to place him on a psychiatric hold. He then became violent. During a struggle with officers he became unresponsive and died. Here are the latest cal fire numbers regarding the clayton fire burning in northern california. Containment went up to 65 overnight from 60 . It has burned more than 3900 acres. Some areas are under evacuation orders. 300 structures were destroyed, most of them were homes. Surveillance cameras recorded the car of the suspect, Damin Pashilk at the scene of about a dozen fires over the last year. Investigators followed him and secretly put a gps tracker on his car. After he was arrested at a traffic stop, Authorities Say Damin Pashilk cannot explain why his car was seen near those roadside fires. We charged him with lighting a fire with premeditation and deliberation and intent to cause injury or damage. Both of those counts carry a potential 10 years to life sentence. Authorities say the fires were set a long highway 20, 20 minutes apart, the first fires. There was one year in Elementary School last year. Last month hes accused of starting three more fires. His Attorney Says he is not convinced by the evidence he has seen so far. The raiders and 49ers are teaming up to help people affected by the clayton fire in lake county. It will house 820 freshmen and should be ready in about one month for now will have to move into older dorms known as the bricks.
