It is bumping up i think because of that crash. Taking a look at the bay bridge toll plaza things are getting crowded. Its about a 20 minute delay to get onto the span. This is southbound 101 at the South San Francisco offramp. There is a two car wreck that is partially blocking the offramp. Taking a look at the san mateo bridge, traffic is moving nicely. You can see on the far right there is a vehicle parked in the right hand shoulder. This is just outside of the toll plaza. Be aware of that if that commute takes you from the san mateo bridge to the peninsula. One of the stores we are following, Fremont Police shot and killed a man this morning after officers say they spotted a gun in his car. Christian is live in the fremont with more on the investigation. You have spoken with police. Do you have new information . Reporter there is not a lot of new information. They are working to determine what happened. We will be interviewing the officers involved a little later. This all started at the 7 eleven here. And across the street where a Police Officer spotted a gun in a car with several people in front of the car. Police say the one man in the car took off on foot and wound up at the strip mall. Wear a pair of Fremont Police officers fired killing the man. Police are telling us it started around 11 35 pm last night when the Regional ParkPolice Officer reported see the gun inside the car then the officer called for backup from Fremont Police. The one man who is on foot took off across the street and headed into the strip mall. Two officers and counted the man in the alley. Select we were able to contact him in the back of the walgreens. There is an alley on the east side of the walgreens. That is where two of our officers shot at the suspect. The suspect did die at the scene. Reporter in the last half hour we confirmed that both officers fired their weapons. No word on whether the subject who was involved had the gun from the car. One of the person from the car was detained as well. Officers are looking to interview witnesses and looking to review any surveillance cameras that are in the area. We have seen an extensive investigation that is still ongoing at the strip mall. Officers looking to see if there is any Video Surveillance from this. And looking to find out if there are any witnesses. We asked that the officers may have had body cameras. They say at this point that is unclear. Some Fremont Police officers have audio recordings. So it may have been courted in an audio recording. Early on they give you no indication what the man did or to the Police Officers right before the shooting .
