Muhammad is also accused of killing a Security Guard at a motel last week and police say he targeted the victims because they were white. Police say muhammad has a criminal history and a mental illness. He said he is muslim but prays to seven different gods and described one of his gods as aguna. Now muhammad is expected to be arraigned on four charges of murder. Prosecutors may seek the death penalty. Later today the coast guard says it will continue searching for a missing boater in marin county.
