The problem with these Evacuation Centers if they are high schools. , monday the kids will be back. These high school Evacuation Centers are not going to be available to these people. If there is going to be more shelters opening up. Some places have already offered. The citys san jose is promising a full investigation into the flood disaster. They up and releasing as much water as possible at the base of anderson dam since the beginning of january. That valve does not drain fast enough and it has to be redesigned.
