Some hope tonight as the first batch of vaccines is about to get shipped to states across the country. It comes just as hospitals continue to be overwhelmed. In the San Joaquin Valley hospitals have run out of icu beds. Here in the bay area were just teetering above that 15 threshold. The county joins marin, San Francisco, contra costa, alameda and santa clara counties. The new restrictions impacts wineries, tasting rooms and much, much more. Heres nbc bay areas christie smith.
