Thank you. Police in the north bay said a tragic accident claimed the life of a four year old boy. It happened late yesterday at a birthday party. The police sted that a car backed over this little boy and killed him. The details are being sorted out but it took place in the parking lot of a senior center, not far from police headquarters, officers responded quickly. Investigators said a 12 year old boy got into that car to charge his cell phone and police said there was a four year old boy and a 13 year old boy who were behind the car when the car again to move backwards. Investigators are not sure why that happened. We are not sure how the car went into reverse. We know he was the only one in the car. That 12 year old inside of the car and the boy that was hit, they were both taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries. The four year old died died from his injuries. Police are not releasing the names of the children or saying if they were related to each other. Investigators are continuing their investigation but they said, unless they find something very unusual with the situation, they said its unlikely the boy inside of the car will fai charges. San Francisco Police are searching for an suv issued to a Fire Department chief that was stolen. Police tracked it down using gps and they tracked down the suspect and arrested him. Police in alameda are searching for a shooter that killed a man outside of a bowling alley. The victim died at the hospital. Investigators do not know what led up to the shooting and there are no suspects. If you have information call the alameda police. An investigation is underway after deputies shot a boy that they said stabbed two people. They said the boy was found holding the knife and he came at them. Both of the victims were seriously injured. The investigation continues. Today is a big day for the raiders. They play the Huston Texans in mexico city on monday night football.
