Authorities in belgium are searching for this man, 26year old salah abdeslam. French police say he was one of eight terrorists who carried out the coordinated series of bombings and shootings in paris that left at least 129 people dead. The seven other terrorists blew themselves up or were shot dead by police. But Abdeslam Salah managed to get away during the chaos. At the same time the french government now is going after isis in retaliation for those terror attacks. French warplanes have been bombing the headquarters of the Islamic State in syria. They destroyed a training camp, also a Weapons Center as well. Authorities say isis hatched that plot in syria and recruited people who were living in belgium, then to carry it out. At the ge 20 summit in turkey, president obama offers this message to france. We stand in solidarity with them in hunting down the perpetrators of this crime. And bring them to justice. And in paris, a huge memorial continue to grow outside one of the restaurants that was targeted by the gunman on friday. People are writing messages on the walls, expressing anger and sadness over the lives that were lost. Even as the people of france grieve, they do remain on edge. There were erroneous reports of gunshots and mourners were running for their lives at one point. Obviously people nervous there. This morning, french officials are saying they believe the suspected mastermind behind fridays attacks is linked to the failed attacks on a high speed train headed to paris back in august. Three americans followed that attack. Right. So surprising to hear that but it sounds like were going to hear a lot of new information as we go through this. A lot more coming up. Security was increased inside and outside of all of its games. The league emphasized there are no known threat against the nfl stadiums and released this statement. The safety of our friends, stadium personnel and teams at all nfl games is our priority and security at our games is robust. Our procedures are certified and designated by the department of Homeland Security since 2008 as effective Anti Terrorism technology. The department of Homeland Security has already designated levis stadium as a level one threat for super bowl l which is the highest classification for security at any national event. Law enforcement agencies have been planning for nearly two years how to keep people secure during the weeklong festivities leading up to the big game. Huge crowds are expected in San Francisco for the super bowl Fan Experience and in san jose theres going to be arrangements made for the event in the south bay. The deadly shooting happened when the man according to police approached officers breaking up a motive motorcycle sideshow about 5 30 last night. They dont believe he was connected to the sideshows. Four people still in the hospital in Critical Condition this morning three days after a tour bus crashed in San Franciscos union square. Police say the doubledecker tour bus was beating friday afternoon when it lost control, hit a bicyclist, two people walking and several cars before it slammed into scaffolding at a construction site. 30 people were on that bus when it crashed, 20 injured. Police are investigating whether mechanical failure was involved or if it was the bus drivers fault. The owner of that bus, city sightseeing San Francisco, released a statement saying the company is deeply saddened by the crash and that it is cooperating with investigators. Thats under investigation. This happened yesterday around 5 30 in the afternoon where police were trying to break up a motorcycle sideshow near 90th and bancroft avenue. Police say the man at the scene approached them without saying anything or confronting them. Simply pointed a gun in their direction. Officers responded by drawing their weapons and shooting the man. He died from his injuries. The gun the man had turned out to be a replica, airsoft pistol. This is a picture of it. Police chief defended his officers actions. Pulled a replica firearm from the waist band and brandished at the group of officers. Officers didnt know it was a replica firearm. It looked very real. Then they ended up shooting at the person that had walked up to them. I think we need more officers out here from oakland and raised in oakland that can deal with oakland. Thats not afraid of whats happening in oakland. So so quick to draw and shoot. The incident comes after a weekend of sideshow activity. San francisco woman can convicted of seconddegree murder in the dog mauling could get a new trial. Today federal Appeals Court will hear marjorie knollers latest attempt to overturn her conviction. Knoller was found guilty in the death of 33yearold Diane Whipple attacked by knollers two dogs. Knoller was given a prison sentence of 15 years to life. Her legal team claims there were serious legal flaws in her original trial. Knollers husband was convicted of Involuntary Manslaughter and has already been released from prison. A woman is in jail this morning suspected of intentionally driving her minivan into a crowd of people outside of a nightclub over the weekend. Investigators say it happened Early Saturday Morning after a fight broke out outside the el rey club. The woman involved in the fight, Jessica Garcia leos, got into her minivan and then according to police, ran down five people in the parking lot.
