A group of people forced out of their homes along the flooding on the san jose coyote creek are filing legal claims with 120 families evacuated when the water level rose quickly cannot return home. Reporter the wildfires burning in california, nevada, utah and colorado with aboveaverage temperatures and high humidity fueling the flames, and the fire in breckenridge over the National Forest near denver is not the biggest or most active but it is forcing hundreds of homeowners to evacuate and officials are telling others in the area to be ready to pack up and go.
