Thats the better opportunity for rain this afternoon and tonight and tomorrow. Cloudy, windy. Rain moves in later. Cooler high temperatures. Even though some will be set in the morning. We are sitting already at 65. So the difference between the low and the high today will not be that great. All right, sal, your traffic cam is bouncing around there. I know it is a little bit. Yes, the bridge camera, funny you mention it, steve, the bridge camera, was bouncing up and down a little bit ago, so the winds that you mentioned are definitely there. Drivers will probably notice it. Especially if you are driving one of those high profile vehicles. Lets go to the bridge and you can see traffic is moving along nicely. And it is early. But as steve said, it is going to be gusty especially in the hills, and there are some advisories up. This is a look at interstate 880, northbound and southbound. And you can see traffic is looking okay here. And in front of the oakland coliseum. Also looking at the south bay. And so these commutes look pretty good. And as we back up a little bit, we can see all of of the roadways are green, and if you happen to watch, later on in the morning, sometimes you look at this very same roadway, this very same map, and you can see a lot of red. And that means a lot of stop and go traffic. But right now, it looks pretty good. 4 32. Lets go back to the desk. Sal, thank you. Here is a look at some of the top stories were following this morning. And now, the teens were sitting in a parked car, in that residential neighborhood. When they were shot. All three were rushed to the hospital. After the shooting. Two suffered serious injuries. The third teen is described as having nonlifethreatening injuries. Investigators are not certain whether the shooter was in another car or on foot. Whether the shooter was alone or whether there were other people with him or her. Last night, Berkeley Police canvassed the area and talking to witnesses and hoping that more people who may have called 911 or heard the gunshots or seen anything may have given them a call. We have a warning about credit card skimmers, in the north bay. Two of the devices were found in napa. Chevron employees discovered them, at the station on salvadore avenue. Now, skimming devices, as you know, can record credit card numbers, and pin numbers as well. And typed in at the pump. They are often difficult to detect. Authorities say if you are concerned about this happening to you, the best way to protect yourself, is to pay for gas inside, rather than at the pump, or use cash. And it is not just an issue in napa. It is all over the place. No, and it is the idea of having to run inside. I never have enough cash to fill up my car. Sal, im guessing most people, you know, you have to look around. We should try to get some pictures to see how easy those things are to spot on a pump. Right. The skimmers. And then the line begins to form, early afternoon, and here comes the front. So about 5 00 as you start to move in, until about 6 00 of course, for the evening commute. We will sweep it out of here by around 8 00. And here comes the colder unstable air overnight, tonight, into tomorrow. And there could be some isolated thundershowers in the mix here and we will take it through most of thursday and the colder air will arrive and we will notice the bigger change. And then hit and miss all the way into thursday night and even friday. The next system friday looks like it wants to go north but it is a big change compared to what we had monday, tuesday. Cloud why, wind which in the morning. And cooler high temperatures, often they are still mild and above average, because it is so cloudy and mild, and warm right now.
