>> reporter: right here you can't see some parts of the roadway where there is still some running water. traffic is moving smoothly out here in berkeley and it is causing problems for many people and it is causing problems for many of our co- workers. here is some flooding video just before the broadway off ramp before interstate 880 in oakland. now give yourself some extra time if you need to go near this spot. now over here where there was an accident that happened, the accident involved a big-rig truck and a car as rain pounded the other and then the truck went off to the right shoulder and it will need parts of it to be replaced. a temporary backup, once again the rains are coming down and winds are pushing it down and rain is coming downside ways as you can see behind us and give yourself some extra time because the roads are really wet out here. it is slick, no major problems in this area but give yourself some extra time when you head out this morning. live in berkeley paul chambers, ktvu channel 2 news. as christian continues our storm watch, you are following problems in daily city? ramp is open and cal trans crews are using the on ramp and we got video of the work that had to repair the row way. chp officers discovered the problem at 2:30 this morning and they were in two feet of standing water at the bottom of the ramp at that time. officers say they cleared a storm debris and cal trans had to fill in the road and drivers may encounter similar damage on their commute. >> what you will get when you get there. >> the five victims are two teenage boys including a 13- year-old and two are in the hospital listed in serious condition. they are expected to set a trial date and that date is expected to be within s-weeks. he pled not guilty that he abused his wife and they will be in court thursday to ask for a modification of the judge's order to stay away from his wife and two-year-old son. a san francisco prosecutor is facing charges, he was arrested on one count of domestic violence and the circumstances that led to her arrest were not made public and the alleged victim was not identified. attorney general's office will be handling the investigation. they were everywhere during the championship game at candle stick park. police have not released any information on how many arrests were made but they do say one fan assaulted two police officers. police used pepper spray on the man and another fan was inadvertently hit by that pepper spray. it was a disappointing night at candle stick park. it took some people three hours to get to the entrances. many just a ban on ited their cars to make the kickoff. they just jumped off and walked to the game goes on for missing passengers. the overturned cruise ship is still shifting in the waters off the italian coast and that's raising fears the ship could have a massive spill. rescue crews recovered another body and the death toll is now at 15. police say 42-year-old tree lay was the man who forced an 11-year-old girl from her home at gunpoint after firing several shots. police later tracked him down to an apartment where they say he was holding the girt hostage. the girl was rescued and was not hurt, according to the family lay was the ex-boyfriend of the girl's mother. one day after announcing her resignation from congress, congresswoman gabrielle giffords will go back to the scene of last year's deadly tucson massacre. >> i don't remember much from that horrible day, but i will bodega bay santa rosa, near calistoga, just to the west of napa over back to santa rosa, it will rotate again and i'd say the delta and head-off to the east and that will give us some thunder or maybe the low will move through fast and it will usher quickly but not before we have morning rain, possible thunder showers, very windy and right about the san mateo hills, use 280 and be careful there some of the east bay hills, i have seen gusts up to 50 miles per hour. 50s on these temperatures, get a good look right there. once that moves through, then we will start to calm down and we'll see a decrease and the wind has to go over the sierra valley and this is why the winter storm warning goes until noon. another one to two feet is possible, lower elevations around 4,000 feet is the snow level. today windy and possible showers, sun and clouds, upper 50s to near 60s and it would not be tough to get to 59. a little system clips us this wednesday and if you don't have any fog it will be
