ramp is open and cal trans crews are using the on ramp and we got video of the work that had to repair the row way. chp officers discovered the problem at 2:30 this morning and they were in two feet of standing water at the bottom of the ramp at that time. officers say they cleared a storm debris and cal trans had to fill in the road and drivers may encounter similar damage on their commute. >> what you will get when you get there. >> the five victims are two teenage boys including a 13- year-old and two are in the hospital listed in serious condition. they are expected to set a trial date and two-year-old son. a san francisco prosecutor is facing charges, he was arrested on one count of domestic violence and the circumstances that led to her arrest were not made public and the alleged victim was not identified. attorney general's office will be handling the investigation. they were everywhere during the championship game at candle stick park. police have not released any information on how many arrests were made but they do say one fan assaulted two police officers. police used pepper spray on the man and another fan was inadvertently hit by that pepper spray. it was a disappointing night at candle stick park. it took some people three hours to get to the entrances. many just a ban on ited their cars to make the kickoff. they just jumped off and walked to the game goes on for missing passengers. the overturned cruise ship is still shifting in the waters off the italian coast and that's raising fears the ship could have a massive spill. rescue crews recovered another body and the death toll is now at 15. police say 42-year-old tree lay was the man who forced an 11-year-old girl from her home at gunpoint after firing several shots. police later tracked him down to an apartment where they say he was holding the girt hostage. the girl was rescued and was not hurt, according to the family lay was the ex-boyfriend of the girl's mother. one day after announcing her resignation from congress, congresswoman gabrielle giffords will go back to the scene of last year's deadly tucson massacre. >> i don't remember much from that horrible day, but i will never forget the trust you put in me. >> reporter: congresswoman gabrielle giffords released that you tube video yesterday announcing her resignation from congress saying she still needs more time to decrease and the wind has to go over the sierra valley and this is why the winter storm warning goes until noon. another one to two feet is possible, lower elevations around 4,000 feet is the snow level. today windy and possible showers, sun and clouds, upper 50s to near 60s and it would not be tough to get to 59. a little system clips us this wednesday and if you don't have any fog it will be
