our cameras caught this brawl in the stands during the raiders 9ers game and it was one of many that erupted. many also recorded fights on cell phones. one man was found beaten unconscious towards the end of the game and they are also looking for a link between two gunshot victims. a 20-year-old man shot was shot in the face and 24-year-old was shot several times in the stomach. all three are in the hospital. >> we are reaching out to the public... >> we actually left earlier because of the fact that we didn't want to get caught in the parking lot. >> on you tube various videos are emerging. one shows women throwing punches in the stands and another shows women piling on in the parking lot. security was sufficient and the outbreak of violence does not scare fans away and it is not clear if gangs were connected but coming up we will talk more about the alcohol policies when it is served when it is not and if this perhaps create a ban on alcohol all together. we will also have more information about a suspect description. live from candle stick park tara moriarty ktvu channel 2 news. a chlorine gas leak forced several to evacuate a factory in yellow county. workers were exposed to chlorine oxide after a system carrying that gas failed. 0 people needed hospital treatment. >> right now we are focusing on getting medical care to the people who need it and making sure everybody is accounted for. >> i have it closed. >> now the company pacific coast producers are apologizing for that leak and they are paying for all medical expenses related to that incident. it could be another rough night for bart commuters at san francisco's civic station. joining us now with more on who is planning tonight's protest and what is behind their motivation, craig? >> reporter: anonymous is behind the protest tonight and it is one of four shut down earlier because of an anonymous sponsored protest before. though protests were about police actions in the death of a man in july. today's protest is about what bart did on the 11th that opened a national debate cutting off all cell phone service to block the protest or as others see it in order to block free speech. now they will not stop protesting until bart admits they were wrong about cutting cell phone service and that action caused a huge debate and that has become the debate behind the protest. >> is this the middle east? >> is it enough, that is a big question but one of the things that could make it a rocky week, we don't have a lot of economic reports scheduled and we have one on wednesday and we have the weekly jobless claims on thursday as usual and on friday we are getting our second quarter g vp and ben bernanke will be speaking with central bankers in jackson hole wyoming. it is a stimulus program and that sparked a nine month rally and a lot of people are looking for that to happen again this week but as you know when there is not a lot of stuff on the economic calendar, investors are left to their own devices and they are very nervous. >> let's go back to the fed chief and there is some talk they are sort of hoping he will take action. what are the pros on the floor thinking about that? >> well i would say that is the general consensus on wall street, they are expecting something from the fed chair and at the end of the last meeting with the federals we had a statement analysts are expecting a lot more than what we got. they are looking ahead to this meeting to deliver what we didn't get on that last statement so it will be a big disappointment if he does not come up with some third round of some plan to stimulate the economy in some way. i want to talk again about what you brought up in the beginning. oil prices, interestingly, libya provides 2% of the oil supply and most goes to europe so brent crude is down 1% tie. over here oil is up slightly today so the affects of the libyan oil situation could be awhile out as far as feeling that because oh pick is increased production to make up for lost production in libya but generally speaking thought to affect europe first with oil prices. >> is teams to take a long time for the prices to hit the gas pumps for all of us. thank you for that update. let's see what is happening on the roads let's check in with sal castaneda on our morning commute. >> traffic is moving along nicely in both directions and including the bay bridge, upper and lower deck into downtown san francisco has been a nice drive. if you are driving into the city you can see a little bit of a back up in some of those cash lanes and that back up may inspire them if you will to turn on those metering lights a little extra early if it continues this way. let's mover along and take a look at highway 4. some slow traffic in antioch and it is beginning to build in pittsburgh and bay point. this morning's commute looks good on the peninsular it is a nice looking drive and on the south bay 101 and 280 still looking pretty good. let's go to rosemary. following an unseasonably mild weekend and this trough will be pushed off to the west high pressure building in from the east and it will really bring a change to some of our temperatures especially for the inland areas. starting out with fog and clouds, 50s and 60s and we'll see a little bit of a quicker burn off especially inland areas. low 60s and mid-70s for some of the warmer inland areas by lunchtime and afternoon highs today, are you expecting this?
