children. the work now missing a critical piece. >> reporter: this mosaic is missing a large part. but police say it contained pornographic images. the work line the walls. but norris was arrested june 2nd for possession of at least 600 images of child pornography. and today san francisco police and individuals said inappropriate images had been found on at least four norris murals including this one at sunset elementary school. >> you would look at these tiles and see some sort of sexual connotation to them. >> reporter: a source close to the investigation says the tile at sunset was discovered last week by someone cleaning the 7- year-old imagine. >> we have no word that any children were harmed. >> when an inappropriate tile is located these are being photographed. they are being documented. removed and booked as evidence. this evidence is handed over to the fbi. >> federal investigators told us they've never seen a case like this. >> we'll coordinate with the u.s. attorney's office on talking with mr. norris and finding out if he can give us more information. obviously the first concern is if there's anything on these tiles that we need to get down. we need to get them out of the public's eyes immediately. >> reporter: norris is currently in jail. his attorney told us that she had not heard of these allegations. norris is believed to have created other down 10% from november of 2001. contra costa county sheriff's deputies spent the morning alerting residents that a sex offender is back in the area. he was convicted of four sex offenses as part of his release, verse was chemically castrated. an alameda county judge this afternoon issued a gang injunction for oakland's fruitvale district. today's ruling bars five alleged gang members from loitering, hanging out together or possessing guns in the area. attorneys for those name in the injunction say it will hurt their clients. by next friday, hundreds of gang members will be released from a gps tracking program. the move is expected to save the state about $6 million. right now there are 950 gang parolees being tracked by gps. that number will be reduced to 400 starting july 1 #. the state began tracking them last year. >> i would do that as a public safety measure. we have the funding and unfortunately now we don't have that funding. we really have no choice. one of the gang members who recently had his gps taken off was accused of breaking into a sacramento home. a resulting shoot out injured a suspect and two other people. there are new and conflicting reports about the safety that resulted in san bruno. pg & e recently reviewed documents. the authority said that leak ran length wise. but a worker involved in that repair remembers the leak being on a weld. federal same- sex marriage there. lawmakers reached an agreement on protection for churches that refuse to hold gay weddings. the bill will be introduced on the senate floor tonight. new york would be the locations. tonight the fog comes back. i can see indications that it'll be back by about midnight. it'll be there tomorrow morning. a little more than it was this morning. a little slower burn off tomorrow. subtle, subtle changes. the mayor cooling has occurred. this low pressure center is the reason for the cooling. the mayor cooling and the subtle cooling that we're going to see saturday. and a subtle warming as we cool down on saturday. more fog tomorrow, less fog on sunday. a little cooler tomorrow. here's the fog model then. tomorrow you see a push of it don't you. look at it out here in oakland hills. toward montclaireful e. tomorrow morning there's a big fog footprint. that's what we expect and that's what we'll get. some folks going out to stinson beach tomorrow. i think they'll be clearing in steinson at noon. i think you will see a little bit of sunshine in the avenues of san francisco as well. not as much as today but a little bit. the forecast highs for a lot of cities. some bay area a little below average. i would expect those locations to be in the mid-80s. these are saturday's forecast highs. sunday's forecast highs will be normal. they'll still be in the upper 50s. most sunday temperatures will be two to 5 degrees warmer. there's your friday day forecast. your weekend is in view. believe it or not, there's a chance of sprinkles in there on wednesday next
