The new ordinances say ollectives must grow their own cannabis onsite. Its the same as asking safeway to produce every product that they provide on their shelf. All dispensary members and employees must be 21 and over, according to the new regulations as well. Security guards are requiired at the collectives 247 and once the ordinances go into effect on july 18th, clubs will only be allowed to operate in specific locations in the city.
