Last night there was a town hall put on to discuss the matter many residents of crockett spoke out with frustration, cook cuts in the unincorporated part of Contra Costa County and officials with the Health Department say the smell is coming from the crockett Wastewater Treatment plant. The cnh Sugar Refinery Officials Say this is a result of weeks long operational issues, air monitoring data from the county Hazmat Program showed concentrations of the chemical which can cause headaches, nausea, and irritated eyes.
