Witnesses say wilson ran across the highway toward a nearby drivein Movie Theater on solano way at arnold industrial place. Wilson faces 2counts of vehicular homicide, hit run causing Great Bodily Injury and driving on a suspended revoked drivers license causing injury. His bail is set at 500,000. Napa county officials are warning people not to go near rivers and lakes with blue green algae. darya at least two dogs have died in the area because of the toxic algae.
