Looking at the san meato san mateo bridge, the traffic is moving well and no major hot spots to report. The Golden Gate Bridge is looking good into downtown francisco heading southbound on 101. And looking at the area here, very light traffic here along interstate 580 and keep you posted if theres any change to the traffic pattern. I really dont know what im going to do in regards to how im going to survive in this gentry fied area. The Oakland City Council is looking at how to keep housing affordable. At the meeting and what the city is doing to deal with on this topic. Illegal evictions are a topic. Im being forced out. They want them all out so they can remodel and charge more rent. The cellings caved in. After a year and a half battle, being forced to settle. Theres violations in the codes. The holes in my ceilness gings and hot water ceilings and hot water into my bedroom. We know the names of the victims and the weapon that was used. Reporter these pictures showing investigators on the scene of a double murder. Seen here in this picture, both found dead in their mobile home. The weapon used to kill laurie and james was a wrefrnl. In the sheriffs office, the son was home when the bodies were discovered, taken into custody, but yet to be questioned. Taken to the hospital. Investigators are still there. Their not looking for anyone else. Deputies were called to this home a week and a half before the two murders. At that time, laurie warned the neighbors that there was going to be yelling because she was going to kick james out. By morning, all was quiet. Fast forward to monday, anything but quiet. Both bodies found in the home. Two Police Officers are cleared in the shooting death of a man that happened earlier this year. They will not be charged in the death of phillip watkins. Saying he was faced with an armed intruder. Police say watkins made that up and told his exfiancee saying he wanted to die. He ran, forcing the officers to shoot. Ruled a lawful killing. A Birth Day Party in unincorporated county. Arrested in the murder of a 34 yearold. Deputies responded to the call. The victim was found stabs. The suspect tracked down in Mountain View and know being held without bail. A school is the latest to rescind an Honorary Degree awarded to bill cosby. The u ssf president contacted him. He admitted to having several extramarital relationships, including some that have accused him of Sexual Assault. Many others have given him Honorary Degrees. No word on them rescinding those. And what were really concerned with joaquin is the fact is that it could affect the u. S. , the east coast. And by sunday, it does weaken to a category 1. Here is North Carolina and virginia, so may impact the carolina and virginia coastline by sunday as a category 1. Continues to move, but could impact places like new york, new jersey, come monday in the form of heavy rain. Were going to watch the flooding and surf. Were going to keep our eye on the joaquin over the next few days here. And the forecast in the bay area, light scattered showers for the northeast. And lingering showers to the east bay. By lunch time, we should be dry under partly to moidz mostly cloudy skies. Going to be mild and a drive drive home a dry drive home.
