I put my head down and was texting kind of in this day and age were glued to our phones and the next thing i know were stopped and he is running to my side of the car, cussing, telling me to get the f out of his car. He grabs my harm and i take that hand to hold it up with my picture to take a phone he lets go, grabs the phone and throws it down the street. And at that moment im like i need to call my cops but my phone is nowhere. Reporter eventually she recovers her broken phone opens the uber app and makes a copy of the name and photo of the driver. She says it took 20 hours for an uber representative to call her during which time she is worried he was still on the street picking up customers. He said, we feel really awful about this. And we want to see that justice is served and he is no longer able to take calls.
