New this morning, a disturbing scene in an upscale san diego neighborhood. The pilot of a hot air balloon made a rough Emergency Landing yesterday evening in rancho bernardo. Eight passengers on board the balloon to celebrate a birthday. Somehow no one was injured. The trouble began when some strong winds forced the pilot to miss the intended landing target.
