The deputy says lopez aimed the gun in his direction. The gun in the end was just a toy. Now many are demanding the District Attorney form a grand jury and indict gelhaus on murder charges. Facing criticism, the d. A. Said in part, at the conclusion of the criminal investigation, we will review and analyze all the evidence to determine if any conduct was unlawful.
