Enforcement us driving around looking for people breaking the rules would be very labor intensive and not costeffective. Reporter enforcement is really only through customers pocket brooks. Surcharges could go up between 5 and 120 a month. Excessive use penalties could be imposed on those who use four and a half times the average and could be more than 100 a month. Gm also announced today the families of at least 84 People Killed in crashes caused by those switches will get compensation from the company.
