Its just happened within the hour here. Sources tell us that arrest took place in the 14th district in the germantown area and the suspect was taken into custody without incident. Now Authorities Say they do not appear to be accidental. Firefighters returned to the Chestnut Terrace apartments on stenton avenue early sunday morning. Our cameras cents were there as crews evacuated the building. They later found evidence indicate that somebody used gasoline to start fires on the first and third floors.
