He is now on leaving facing serious accusations. Sources say gantt, who is married, had his girlfriend of four years typing homicide reports for him. I think its ridiculous. Reporter legal experts say its against the law for homicide detectives to share confidential investigative reports because that contains witness testimony. The Alameda County public defender will now review all cases he investigated. Defense attorneys could ask judges to throw out previous convictions and bring a halt to current cases. Organizers say officers who suppress the scandal instead of reporting it should be fire. San Francisco Police need help catching a stabbing suspect before he strikes again. Police say this man went up to a guy at a bar on irving vote to and stabbed him in the back. You can see him washing down the street with a phone in one dc walking down the street with a phone in one hand and a knife in the other. The victim had a punctured lung. It wasnt a motive or robbery. He didnt know this person. He just wanted to do it. So were afraid that if he did it once he may want to do it again. John burris is calling the shooting death of a homeless man in San Francisco unlawful. Today he filed a claim against the city of San Francisco. This is Surveillance Video of that shooting. Louise gongora was luis gongora was shot and killed by officers in april after threatening people with a knife and then charging at the officers with it. He called for an end to police brutality. He says its the first step in filing a lawsuit in the case. The Novato High School teenager who is charged with killing one student and attacking another is out of jail. Juan Carlos Martinez was arrest on suspicion of raping a 15 yearold classmate may 18th. Two days later, he was released. The very next week, two Novato High School students were found shot and attacked with a machete in the open space area near the end of fairway drive. One died at the scene.
