And we are joined by kpi x 5 political analyst melissa caen. In the last half an hour, cbs news estimated Hillary Clinton has enough delegates to clinch the nomination, and some has to do with superdelegates coming forward and committing to her, and they are recalculating this. How does Bernie Sanders respond . Loudly he has already come out with a statement that says stop counting the superdelegates. They have not voted yet. How effective the argument is going to be, its not clear. He maintains he can win the hearts and minds of the superdelegates, and thats a tough argument to make. So far in this election cycle, only one superdelegate from the Virgin Islands changed his vote from Bernie Sanders to Hillary Clinton. It does not look that hopeful for Bernie Sanders right now. He will try to stop gettingtous call her the nominee, basically. California voters have not voted yet, but they made a statement with their dollars. Thats true, the candidate contribution records. The records are not from pacs or independent groups, actually committees, and we got through april. According to the filings, california accounts for 20 percent of the democratic candidate haul overall, and 12 of Donald Trumps haul, and that makes california number one for all three candidates, and so we are definitely the place to be, and in fact, San Francisco, of course, you have to go to the bay area if youre coming to california has already staked out prois preferred with Hillary Clinton raising about 8 million here and Bernie Sanders raising about 2. 7 million through the month of april. You found a tidbit that is interesting. Who is the candidate that uses uber the mote . Who would you guess . Im guessing Bernie Sanders. The Democratic Candidates have talked about the economy saying its unfair to workers and needs to be more regulated, and we checked, and it looks like Bernie Sanders is actually using uber far more than Hillary Clinton or donald trump, and i will point out when we were doing the research, we checked on airbnb, and sanders is spending 48,000 on airbnb, and its less than 2,000 for trump or clinton. He may want to regulate the sharing economy, but his campaign is certainly enjoying it. Im guessing donald trump will not get on the phone and call for that. He has a jet. And a hotel. We found 37,000 in Hotel Lodging for his campaign to stay at his hotels, so, yes, youre right, that makes perfect sense. They have a warm bed to sleep in. Bernie sanders right now holding a concert at crissy field a live picture, and Hillary Clinton has her own concert tonight in los angeles, and theres a very different style of lineup. Bernies headliners, the Dave Matthews band, and clinton has more kind offer name, more pop star type of lineup, christina aguilera, ricky martin, johnny legend. A different feel and different concert. Indicative of their campaigns, right . I can see the Dave Matthews band, the fans being in support of Bernie Sanders. Thats the feel. Sanders is appealing to the young people. I was looking at the list, and i did not recognize anyone. Dave matthews, and that was it. Clearly im older than his normal demographic, and Hillary Clinton appeals to, you know an older demographic, and a wealthier demographic who sort of remember and enjoy the top 40 kind of music, and it seems like they certainly know who their audiences are. I should say that. Melissa, looking forward to tomorrow, and you will be with us for election coverage . Thats right, and im excited. Should be a big day for the country as well. Melissa caen, thank you very much.
