According to tmz, the same woman accused mcdonald of sexually assaulting her is saying brooks groped her while she was unconscious after a fall. The 49ers issued a statement saying the team is aware of the report but surprisingly only mcdonalds name came up today at the victims News Conference in southern california. Reporter rob hayes of our abc sister station in los angeles has more on that. The woman accusing mcdonald of raping her faced the cameras today but didnt say a word or reveal her name. Her Attorney Gloria Allred explaining why. She wants mr. Mcdonald to know that she is just not going to live in fear of him anymore. The 22yearold filed Police Charges in december accusing the former San Francisco 49er of sexually assaulting her at his home in san jose after a night of drinking. Mcdonald says the sex was consensual and he has Surveillance Video that proves it. He filed his defamation suit against her in march. Allred filed a motion to have that lawsuit thrown out saying mcdonald is trying to intimidate her client into not following through with the investigation.
