Where independent Campaign Organizations spent nearly 200 million. Labor first. Businesses second. And then Political Parties down the heine. Among the heavy hitters, yeah. Unions spend more than either of the two big organizations. So these numbers dont account for individual contributions or campaigns. But among independent expenditure groups, yes, unions were heavy hitters this is all very calculated as you know. So whats emerging from this clout . Lots of policies, a new statewide minimum wage we know about. Pension reform, voter rejection of proposition 32 which was rejected by voters. And the Affordable Care act of all of those are among the recent gains by organized labor. To be sure, business has its share. But labor is very, very important in this blue state. And it will be a combination of low clouds and sea breeze that should drop the temperatures tomorrow. Right now the winds are onshore. The marine layer is less than 1,000 feet thick. None of that cool air is going to hit the tri valley. Youll see temperatures approaching the 70s in the tri valley. And the trigger for the cooling will be this. Well see it take shape over the next few days. You see temperatures near 80 degrees today beginning to drop off into the upper 60s tomorrow and then youll see temperatures closer to average, closer to about 70 degrees. So thats what we should see in the forecast for the second half of the week. So as the clouds begin to make a come back, what we should see are the clouds. And low clouds could be over toward the east bay. Mable not so much for tomorrow morning, but well certainly get there as we head towards wednesday and thursday. Drizzle becomes part of the forecast for the coast. We will see the stronger sea breeze take an edge off those inland temperatures. So what were looking at are temperatures starting to cool off. Notice the punch inland of that cooler air, areas of mist and fog closer to the coastline. Valley temperatures should see the temperatures 10 to 15 degrees cooler. Places like livermore should see cooling, significantly so, tomorrow. Into the upper 90s today,ed any to upper 80s tomorrow. Youll see San Francisco drop too. 80 degrees today. Which that is relatively hot for San Francisco. Then youll see the numbers leveling off during the second half of the week. Closer to the mid80s in san jose. Morgan hill and saratoga, though, still fairly warm, and youll see around San Francisco, instead of temperatures closer to 80, we should see upper 60s to hoe 70s. And in the north bay, youll have mainly the 80s. And out towards pleasanton and livermore, away from the upper 90s. We could be slightly below average for those temperatures come next thursday.
