And agents looked at 96,000 placard applications but found 70 that did not provide enough medical information to demonstrate the applicant qualify information. The information found there were collaborations with medical boards, additional training for staff and adding options for the public to report the placard abuse. But its up to these investigators to make sure that once someone receives a placard they dont abuse it.
