Warning customers they may have been exposed to measles on january 19th between 6 00 and 10 00 at night. Im very concerned. My kids and i are there all the time. I know a lot of times the arcade area doesnt get cleaned very often. The Health Department says the day before the same person shopped at this costco store in gill roy and also visited this walmart across the street between the hours of 4 00 and 6 00. The Health Department tells us the person is one of two confirmed patient with measles in the county. Neither case is believed to be linked to the recent outbreak at disney land. And doctors say the latest patient, apparently had received, a measles vaccine. This is the rare instance in which someone is vaccinated and develops measles in spite of that. She says someone with measles can be contagious up to four days before they ever start show to signature symptoms after fever, cough and rash. Measles is one of the most highly infectious of infectious diseases. Another reason why alerts like this are going up, so those that dont have immunity will contact their doctor immediately if they develop symptoms. The Health Department says so far there are no new cases of measles stemming from the possible exposure at three locations in the south bay. In milpits, mary ann favro, nbc bay area news. As of today, there are 73 confirmed cases in california. Including more than a dozen including vaccinated patients. 50 of the cases are linked directly to the disney land outbreak. A teenager has been arrested after leading police on a car clas through san bruno. Police say they attempted to stop the driver this morning after the person ran through several stop signs. The driver then took off and after a chase ended up crashing into a gas meter and sparking a fire at a pizza place on el camino real. The driver was arrested at the scene. The pilot was able to get out safely after deploying the planes emergency parachute. A passing cruise ship plucked him from the waters. Parachute deployment went off as it was designed and saved someone from injury and difficult situation in the ocean. Reporter reporter according to the flight academy, which owns the plane, says there was a problem with the fuel system. The pilot says there was enough fuel on board, it just wasnt get together engine. The pilot identified as lou morton pulled the chute and headed for the water. When we have spoken to the pilot, he is well and safe we can have more comments about what actually happened on this flight. Reporter the plane was equipped with a tank an auxiliary fuel tank for longer flights. We put in extra longrange tanks that is a gravity system without pumps or restrictions.
