Reporter when bill cosby showed up in court the judge set his bail at 1 million and ordered him to hand of his passport. For the women who alleged Sexual Misconduct at the hands of cosby today is the day they have been waiting for. For patricia this is the day she never thought would happen. He is waking me up roughly and im sicker than i have ever been in my life and naked. Reporter this is one of 57 women who have accused bill cosby of Sexual Misconduct. Todays news that cosby was being charged for sexually assaulting Temple University employee Andrea Constand is a watershed moment for her. I never thought this day would happen. Im very glad this is the way things lined up and it is made possible by the bravery of Andrea Constand. Reporter she told me about the last time she saw cosby in the late 70s. He was performing on the diana shore show. Reporter that night, cosby gave her two pills and insisted she take them. The next thing she knew it was morning. I was waking up the next morning. My hair and makeup were a mess and i was sick again and i had been penetrated. I could feel that. I confronted him. He called me ungrateful and he threw me out of his suite. Reporter dozens of women have surfaced with similar stories of assault. While many couldnt believe sawyers story about cosby, her husband always did. My husband is my rock. I met him three months after the second assault. He is one of the first people i told abiliout what happened to. And he helped me put it behind me and move on. Reporter pennsylvania prosecutors are barely getting the charges filed in time. The statute of limitations is set to expire in january. He has been charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault. Back to you. We have more details on the criminal case against bill cosby. As peggy just said he faces three counts of aggravated indecent assault. They date back to 2004. Prosecutors say former Temple University employee Andrea Constand went to cosbys house to discuss her career. She says that cosby attacked her. Constand filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor at the time and he said there was not enough evidence. Cosby denies the charges against him. His lawyers issued a statement saying we intent to mount a vigorous defense against this unjustified charge. New video tonight, a tense moment for fast food workers. People in the neighborhood are in shock trying to wrap their minds around this crime. A single candle burns outside the home. The grandmother is in the jail accused of drowning her 4yearold grandson. It shocked me. Especially to a grandma. Reporter according to a report the grandma left her home screaming tuesday morning. Neighbors looked on with concern. Some went inside the home and saw the 4yearold boy lying soaking wet and unconscious on the hallway floor. Paramedics took him to a Trauma Center where he did not survive. Police questioned the grandmother who was arrested. It was during the questioning of the grandmother. She admitted to the intention act of drowning the child. Reporter Gloria Vargas said before the police arrived. She came out looking to use a cell phone. Thats when my daughter told me that she could use her phone. My daughter said what for . Reporter the city began running these temporary street lights in nine locations in san bruno. They are noisy and expensive and cost 28,000 a month to run all nine. Until new wiring is strung under ground. Homeowners are asked to plug in a tall night lite for the city. And they are paid 50 a month. We are asking people to do it. I think we have six or seven people who have agreed so far. Four more are on track and three or four have declined. Reporter homeowners agreed and signed a waiver of liability. If someone tripped in their garage or something or they have defective wiring, that protects the city. Reporter holiday lights are serving more than a decorative purpose this year.
