While tens of thousands of people party at the event, city workers are whistling and waving, trying to keep things moving. Theyre blocking the driveway. Reporter parking control officers are responding to complaints and issuing tickets. People who live near the event say they appreciate the enforcement. Block my driveway, its frustrating, because we have to wait until a meter person comes. Reporter double parking on fulton to drop concertgoers off is a popular idea, but it may land you a 110 ticket. Some say it seems extreme. Im very antigovernment. So i think its wrong. Reporter some are lucky to get just a ticket. We deployed approximately ten tow trucks this morning because we had set up no Parking Zones for the areas that the buses would need. After 36 years, he finds out yesterday that his wifes remains were found in delaware. He didnt want to speak on camera because he says its just too painful. Now he did manage to catch up with the woman in the Los Angeles Area and she is reacting to the latest discovery. Shockwaves literally ran through my body. Reporter dr. Wynonna norwood lost 17 loved ones in the jonestown massacre, including her mother. Finding out that nine more cremated bodies were out there and unaccounted for is painful. Its so many things went through my mind. Who are they . Are they alive . Is it our family . Is it our friends . Can they shed light on this massacre . Reporter jim jones, cult leader from San Francisco took hundreds of his followers to guyana. He ordered an ambush. A congressman that came down looking for them was killed. And jones forced some 900 of his followers to drink cyanidelaced kool aid. The remains of the dead were all brought through Dover Air Force base in delaware. Some of the remains came to dr. Minuss funeral home in 2005. When the doctor died a few years back, the bank that owns the home came to check things out and found 38 jars of cremated remains. 33 of the containers of remains were clearly mark and identified. That assisted us with the ability to trace down who they were and where exactly the remains came from, including the nine that are connected to the jonestown massacre. Reporter dr. Norwood says after 36 years, she is hoping families can get closure. I wanted to know were any of those our loved ones. And how many were children. Reporter there are some 400 victims in a mass grave in east oakland. And every year dr. Norwood conducts a ceremony for them. In may, a Consumer Group discovered that Credit Scores were, quote, overly penalized for medical bills. That prompted the fico policy change. A car loan loan is going to be 15 instead of 4 because of one medical bill that was miscommunicated with a medical company. Today fico announced it would dismiss if they are paid or settled. As a result, people could see significant jumps in their fico score, making it easier to secure other loan. I think its going to be helpful. By having these medical bills bypassed you can see a jump from 20 to 50 points or more. Reporter and you know, its not just medical debt. If you have bills that didnt get paid, if they were late, they affected your credit score. Fico says as long as they are paid off now and settled, they will dismiss those too. Restaurants like gary denkos, sons and daughters will charge 25 to 100 a person if you dont show up for your reservations. Upscale french eatery will charge 85 a person, but in exchange, it will give customers a little treat if they dont show up. Hopefully people honor their reservations and we dont have this situation. A controversial textbook has been pulled from the curriculum. The Fremont Unified School district announced plans to shelve the book your health today.
